To be eligible you must provide a signed good faith estimate and Truth-in-Lending Disclosure from the competing direct lender that shows an identical loan program and includes lender closing costs, discount points, and loan lock term. All competing offers must be in writing (dated the same date First Omni Mortgage Lending is offering a price match). Email quotes supplied by the borrower from competing lender will not be accepted. You must notify First Omni Mortgage Lending of competing offer within 24 hours of receipt of offer and allow First Omni Mortgage Lending to compete for the business. After First Omni Mortgage Lending has provided a superior loan offer to that of the competing direct lender, you must lock in the rate and fees at that time and provide a lock deposit to First Omni Mortgage Lending for a rate lock agreement. This guarantee is void if you have already locked in your rate with First Omni Mortgage Lending. If First Omni Mortgage Lending is unable to beat the competing offer, a Best Price Guarantee letter with conditions will be provided to you. First Omni Mortgage Lending will pay you $300 after the loan has closed, provided you supply a copy of the final HUD1 closing statement within 24 hours of closing and meet all conditions set in the conditions letter. Guarantee does not apply to 2nd Deed Trust products offered by your current lender (such as streamline refinances).
