Brad caught my attention because, although I had submitted my Lending Tree loan application about 10 months ago, he was the only loan officer who consistently kept emailing me about new proposals every few months. Great persistence, great touch. So, about 1 month ago, I decided to go forward with my re-finance, and I told my wife that I wanted to use Brad because he seemed like the kind of person who could get things done. Well, I was right.
 
Brad put me in a great loan program, and we are delighted with the results. He was incredibly responsive, always informative, and he even gave me his personal cell phone number when I had questions over the weekend. I called him late (10 pm, 11 pm) on a Friday night 3 or 4 times during the closing, and he took and answered every call from his home.
 
I do not offer these comments lightly, because I consider myself a difficult person to impress. I am a graduate of Columbia University and Yale Law School, I have clerked for a federal judge, and I am now a partner at a top Washington, DC law firm and an adjunct professor at Catholic University's Columbus School of Law. I know what it is like to compete at a top level, and I know what it means to receive both good and bad customer service. Brad Forrester provided absolutely outstanding customer service, and he is the reason why I chose your company to do my re-finance. I in all likelihood would not have gone with your company on the loan had it not been for him, simply because I had a pre-existing relationship with HSBC and Bank of America. But, his work ethic and responsiveness impressed me so much, that my gut told me to go with him. And as I said, I was right. So, he "stole" an account from HSBC simply because he outworked them.
