You made the process just about as pleasant as it could have been.
I had a choice of lenders for this mortgage. One had a loan commitment for me (with conditions, of course) more than 2 weeks before my scheduled closing. Another had exactly the same interest rate (and slightly lower closing costs) than you were offering. However, I want you to know that I chose First Omni because of you. You made the difference that got my business.
Sure, other lenders had "friendly" customer service agents. But, throughout the process, working with you felt more like working with a friend or relative in the mortgage business. I can't count the number of times you told me "Call me anytime" or you answered some stupid email question at odd hours of night or on a weekend.
So thanks. I appreciate ALL your help and hard work.
Now I'm off to tackle the REALLY hard work: My wife and I have to agree on FURNITURE for the new condo :-)
