TMG Real Estate and Financial Services LLC d.b.a. First Omni Mortgage Lending (“First Omni”) is a national mortgage lender based in Louisville, Kentucky. The company commenced operations in October 2000 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Initially as a broker only, the company matched borrowers with national lenders. In 2003, First Omni augmented its mortgage business capabilities with lending lines of credit to underwrite and package loans for sale. First Omni is licensed to conduct business in 28 states, in addition to a license pending approval or in process in Nevada.

In 2001, First Omni expanded its physical presence with operations and its headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky. Currently, First Omni has approximately 130 employees comprised of nearly 40 bankers and 30 support staff in Louisville and 50 bankers and 10 support staff in Tulsa.
